The Sargasso cocktail recipe is made from Clement VSOP rum, sherry, Aperol and bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)
- 3/4 oz Sherry
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
