Seville Citron Cooler Recipe
The Seville Citron Cooler is a tall orange colored drink guaranteed to cool you off on a hot summer day. Made from citrus vodka, peach brandy, peach, coriander and Fentiman's Orange Jigger soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Citrus Vodka (Absolut Citron)
- 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
- 1/2 Peach - skinned and sliced
- Soda (Fentiman's Orange Jigger)
- 3 sprigs Coriander
- Garnish: Coriander
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle peach fruit and peach brandy in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice and add citrus vodka, then stir gently.
- Fill to the top with Fentiman's Orange Jigger soda and add coriander.
