Skipper Recipe
The Skipper drink is made from Scotch whiskey, orange juice, dry vermouth and grenadine, and served over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey - or rye
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 4 drops Grenadine
- 1 wedge Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
