The Soyer au Champagne cocktail recipe is made from cognac, maraschino liqueur, triple sec, vanilla ice cream and champagne, and served in a chilled wine glass.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp Cognac
- 1/4 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 tsp Triple Sec
- 2 tbsp Ice Cream - vanilla ice cream
- Champagne - chilled
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add cognac, ice cream, maraschino liqueur and triple sec to a chilled wine glass.
- Mix well and fill with champagne.
- Stir again and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
