Sparkling Margarita Recipe
Champagne-based cocktails are essential for any wedding or other formal event, and the Sparkling Margarita is perfect for a summer wedding. Made from Excellia reposado tequila, Esprit de June liqueur, yuzu juice, pear juice and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Gold (Excellia Reposado)
- 1 oz Esprit de June Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Yuzu Juice
- 3/4 oz Pear Juice
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- Lychee Fruit - for garnish
- Garnish: Lychee
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Stir tequila, June liqueur, yuzu juice and pear juice with ice in a mixing glass.
- Pour into a chilled champagne flute and fill with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a lychee fruit, or other sweet seasonal fruit.
