Stone Sour Recipe
The Stone Sour is a foamy orange drink made from Malibu coconut rum, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu)
- 3/4 oz Orange Juice
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
