The Summer After cocktail recipe is made from Irish whiskey, Wenneker chocolate mint liqueur, amaretto, port wine and lime juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with chocolate shavings and fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Wenneker Chocolate Mint)
- 1 tsp Amaretto
- 1 tsp Port Wine
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Chocolate - shavings, for garnish
- Garnish: Chocolate, Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint and chocolate shavings.
