The Caipirinha is the unofficial national drink of Brazil, made solely with local ingredients and passion. The Leblon Caipirinha drink recipe is made from Leblon cachaca, sugar and lime, and served muddled in a rocks glass full of ice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle lime wedges and sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add cachaca and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass and serve.
