The Majestic Recipe
The Majestic cocktail recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, yellow Chartreuse, simple syrup, lime juice, orange bitters and pineapple, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 chunks Pineapple
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- dash Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle pineapple in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with pineapple and pineapple leaves.
