Tropical Bronzer Recipe
The Tropical Bronzer is an orange colored cocktail recipe made from dark rum, Luxardo amaretto, passion fruit puree, sweet and sour, bitters and coconut cream, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Amaretto (Luxardo Amaretto di Saschira)
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Passion Fruit - puree
- 2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Garnish: Passion fruit
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a slice of passion fruit and serve.
