Vodka First Glance Recipe
The Vodka First Glance is a red colored cocktail made from Effen vodka, Aperol, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and Prosecco, and served over ice in a wine glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka (Effen)
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Prosecco - chilled, to fill
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake Effen vodka, Aperol, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a wine glass full of ice.
- Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
