Vodka Sour Recipe
The Vodka Sour is a classic cocktail made form vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white, and served in a chilled sour glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 drops Angostura Bitters
- Glass: Sour Glass
Directions
- Shake vodka, simple syrup, egg white and lemon juice vigorously with ice until foamy.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Add drops of bitters on top.
