Whiskey Sling Recipe
The Whiskey Sling is a classic drink recipe made from blended whiskey, lemon juice, water, sugar and orange, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add sugar, water and lemon juice to the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add whiskey, and stir, then pour into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
