Absinthe Mary Recipe
The Absinthe Mary is the afterbirth of spending the night with the green fairy. A red colored drink recipe made from Lucid absinthe, vodka, spicy bloody mary mix, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, black pepper, garlic salt and celery salt, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Absinthe (Lucid)
- 1 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Bloody Mary Mix
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- pinch Horseradish
- pinch Black Pepper
- pinch Celery Salt
- pinch Garlic Salt
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Olive - for garnish
- Jalapeno Pepper - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Olive, Jalapeno
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, olive and jalapeno pepper.
