Sazerac Recipe
The Sazerac is a classic orange drink made from genever, absinthe, simple syrup and bitters, and served neat in a rocks glass.

- Add absinthe to a chilled rocks glass and swirl it around to coat the inside, then discard the excess.
- Shake genever, simple syrup and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into the glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
