Acapulco Bliss Recipe
The Acapulco Bliss cocktail is made from tequila, Pisang Ambon banana liqueur, Galliano, lemon juice, passion fruit juice and light cream, and served over ice in a sling glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1 tbsp Pisang Ambon - banana liqueur
- 2 tsp Galliano
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 3/4 oz Light Cream
- 1 slice Lemon - for garnish
- 1 wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- 1 sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Pineapple, Mint
- Glass: Sling Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, banana liqueur, Galliano, lemon juice and passion fruit juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a sling glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice, pineapple wedge and mint.
