Plantino Fresco Recipe
The Plantino Fresco is a classic cucumber-based drink made from Jose Cuervo Plantino tequila, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, cucumber and mint, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver (Jose Cuervo Plantino)
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 2 slices Cucumber
- 3 leaves Mint
- Garnish: Mint, Cucumber
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle the mint, cucumber and elderflower liqueur in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add tequila, grapefruit juice and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber and fresh mint.
