Amarula Colada Recipe
The Amarula Colada is a cream colored drink made from Amarula cream liqueur, white rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream, and served in a highball glass with pineapple.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- 1 slice Pineapple
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend the Amarula cream liqueur, white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and pineapple leaves.
