Anejo Highball Recipe
The Anejo Highball is an orange drink made from Bacardi 8 year old rum, orange curacao, lime juice, bitters and ginger beer, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Golden Rum (Bacardi 8 year old)
- 1/2 oz Orange Curacao
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Beer
- 1 wedge Orange
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, orange curacao, lime juice and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange wedge.
