Artist's Special Recipe
The Artist's Special drink recipe is a red colored delight made from Monkey Shoulder scotch whiskey, amontillado sherry, redcurrant syrup, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey (Monkey Shoulder)
- 1 oz Sherry - amontillado sherry
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Red Currant Syrup
- Club Soda
- Red Currant - for garnish
- Garnish: Redcurrant
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake scotch, sherry, lemon juice and red currant syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with redcurrant berries.
