  • Muddle a blood orange wedge, brown sugar and Griottine cherry with its peal removed in the bottom of a rocks glass.
  • Add bourbon and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Fill with crushed ice, then add bitters and fill with club soda.
  • Stir gently and garnish with a slice of blood orange.
