Balm Cocktail Recipe
The Balm Cocktail is a sweet and spicy summer drink perfect for a relaxing evening with your friends. A brown cocktail made from dry sherry, orange curacao, pimento dram and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sherry - dry
- 1 tsp Orange Curacao
- 1 tsp Pimento Dram (The Bitter Truth)
- 1 dash Orange Bitters (The Bitter Truth)
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake dry sherry, orange curacao, pimento dram and orange bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
