The Batanga drink recipe is made from silver tequila, lime, salt and cola, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- Cola - Mexican cola
- Salt - to rim glass
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a rocks glass by rubbing a lime wedge over it, then dip into salt to coat the rim.
- Fill the glass with ice, then add tequila and squeeze the lime wedges over the glass.
- Top with Mexican cola and garnish with a lime wedge.
