Beet-ini Recipe
The Beet-ini is an unexpected twist for the purple root, forming a well-balanced cocktail perfect as an aperitif. A purple colored drink made from Excellia tequila, beet juice, agave nectar, lime juice and sweet vermouth, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver (Excellia)
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Beet Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Agave Nectar
- sprig Thyme - for garnish
- Garnish: Thyme
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme and serve.
