The Black Aout is a red colored drink made from Joseph Cartron mango liqueur, creme de cassis and chilled rose wine, and served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Mango Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- 2/3 oz Creme de Cassis (Joseph Cartron)
- 4 oz Red Wine - Rosé
- Garnish: Blackcurrant
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add mango liqueur and creme de cassis to an old fashioned glass.
- Add chilled rosé wine and stir gently.
- Garnish with blackcurrant berries resting on a pea pod.
