Blueberry Mojito Recipe
The Blueberry Mojito is a clear colored drink made from Yeyo silver tequila, simple syrup, lime, lemon, blueberries and mint, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver (Yeyo)
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 wedges Lime
- 2 wedges Lemon
- 12 Blueberry
- 4 leaves Mint
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Blueberry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the blueberries, lime and lemon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass and top with club soda.
