The Bowery Cocktail recipe is made from Dubonnet Rouge, gin, brown sugar cube, bitters and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 cube Brown Sugar
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Champagne - chilled
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Add a brown sugar cube to a chilled champagne flute, and add bitters on top.
- Add gin and Dubonnet Rouge.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
