Dubonnet Manhattan Recipe
The Dubonnet Manhattan is a classy variation of the classic Manhattan cocktail. Made from Dubonnet Rouge, Evan Williams bourbon, dry vermouth and bitters, and served over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 1-3/4 oz Bourbon (Evan Williams)
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Stir Dubonnet Rouge, bourbon, dry vermouth and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
