The Brandy Old Fashioned is a classic drink recipe made form brandy, bitters, sugar, water and lemon, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Brandy
- 3-5 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 cube Sugar
- dash Water
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle bitters, sugar cube and water in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice and add brandy.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
