Calito's Special Recipe
The Calito's Special cocktail recipe is a blended delight made form dark rum, white rum, ginger liqueur, pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, orange juice and lime juice, and served blended with ice in a chilled highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 3/4 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- slice Lime - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Lime, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime slice.
