Carolina Cocktail Recipe
The Carolina cocktail recipe is made from gold tequila, half-and-half, grenadine, vanilla, cinnamon and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Tequila - Gold
- 1 oz Half and Half
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- pinch Cinnamon - for garnish
- Garnish: Cinnamon, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, half-and-half, grenadine, egg white and vanilla extract with ice in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pinch of cinnamon.
