Cassis Recipe
The Cassis cocktail is made from bourbon, dry vermouth, crème de cassis and blueberries, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 tsp Creme de Cassis
- 2 Blueberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Blueberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake bourbon, dry vermouth and crème de cassis with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with blueberries impaled on a toothpick.
