Chicago Fizz Recipe
The Chicago Fizz drink recipe is a classic cocktail made from dark rum, ruby port wine, lemon juice, sugar, egg white and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Port Wine - ruby port
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg - white
- Club Soda - to fill
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except club soda, vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and serve.
