The Cupidity cocktail is a clear cocktail perfect for Valentine's day. Made from genever, cherry brandy, parfait amour and cucumber syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Genever (Bols)
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy (Kirschwasser)
- 1/4 oz Parfait Amour (Bols)
- 1 tsp Cucumber Syrup
- Cucumber - for garnish
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with cucumber twists.
