DonQ Screamer Recipe
The Don Q Screamer cocktail recipe is made from Don Q anejo rum, curacao liqueur and sour mix, and served in a cinnamon-sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum (Don Q Anejo)
- 3/4 oz Curacao - orange liqueur
- 2 oz Sour Mix
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Cinnamon - to rim the glass
- Sugar - to rim the glass
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into a cinnamon-sugar mix to coat the rim.
- Shake rum, curacao and sour mix with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with an orange twist.
