El Diablo Recipe
The El Diablo drink is a simple red drink with complex flavors, made from Jose Cuervo silver tequila, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, lime juice, blackberries and ginger beer, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Silver (Jose Cuervo)
- 1/4 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 5 Blackberry
- Ginger Beer - to top
- Garnish: Lime, Blackberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake everything, except the ginger beer, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice, and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or blackberries.
