El Zanahoria Recipe
The El Zanahoria is an orange drink made from Patron tequila, carrot juice, ginger liqueur and orange liqueur, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Reposado)
- 1/4 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Cointreau - or Patron Citronge
- 3/4 oz Carrot Juice
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a carrot and carrot greens.
