Elle Swizzle Recipe
The Elle Swizzle drink recipe is made from cognac, peach liqueur, Aperol, pink grapefruit juice, passion fruit syrup and Tessoni Cedrata soda, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with passion fruit and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice - pink grapefruit
- 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- Soda (Tessoni Cedrata) - to fill
- 1/2 Passion Fruit - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Passion fruit, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake cognac, peach liqueur, Aperol, pink grapefruit juice and passion fruit syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Fill with Tessoni Cedrata soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprit of mint and passion fruit.
