Forest Fruit Recipe
The Forest Fruit is a red colored fruity punch made from tequila, Cointreau orange liqueur, blackberry brandy, lemon juice and berries, and served in a brown sugar-rimmed rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1 tbsp Cointreau
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Brandy
- 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Raspberry
- 3 Blackberry
- Brown Sugar - to rim glass
- 2 slices Lemon
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Lemon, Raspberry, Blackberry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Rub a lemon slice over the rim of the glass, then dip the glass into brown sugar to coat the rim.
- Muddle the berries in the bottom of the glass, then fill with crushed ice.
- Add tequila, Cointreau, blackberry brandy and lemon juice, and stir gently.
- Top with club soda and garnish with lemon slices, a raspberry and a blackberry.
