French Pear Recipe
The French Pear drink recipe is made from Lucid absinthe, pear juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and cucumber, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Absinthe (Lucid)
- 2 oz Pear Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3-4 slices Cucumber
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake absinthe, pear juice, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Add a few cucumber slices and serve.
