Frozen Mango and Mint Spiced Daiquiri Recipe
Captain Morgan's spiced rum, mango and mint blended with ice to form the perfect summer drink served in a champagne saucer.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Spiced Rum (Captain Morgan)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Mango - peeled and roughly chopped
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Mango, Mint
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled champagne saucer.
- Garnish with a slice of mango and a sprig of mint.
