Gran Central Recipe
The Gran Central is an orange colored shot recipe made from Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur, Orzel vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup, and served in a sugar-rimmed shot glass. Recipe serves 2.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Orange Liqueur (Gran Gala Triple Orange)
- 1 oz Vodka (Orzel)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Sugar - to coat the rim
- 2 wedges Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Shot Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of the shot glasses, then dip into sugar to coat the rims.
- Shake vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the shot glasses and serve with lemon wedges.
