Gran Gala Fizz Recipe
The Gran Gala Fizz is an orange colored cocktail recipe made from Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur, Plymouth gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, grapefruit bitters and egg white, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Orange Liqueur (Gran Gala Triple Orange)
- 3/4 oz Gin (Plymouth)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist and serve.
