Grand Raspberry Fizz Recipe
The Grand Raspberry Fizz is a refreshing red drink made from Grand Marnier, raspberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup, raspberry syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 oz Raspberry - puree
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- dash Raspberry Syrup
- Club Soda
- wedge Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake Grand Marnier, raspberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup and raspberry syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
