The Carolans B52 is a classic layered shot drink made from Kahlua coffee liqueur, Carolans Irish cream and Grand Marnier, and served in a chilled shot glass.

  • Add Kahlua coffee liqueur to chilled shot glass.
  • Slowly pour the Carolans Irish cream over top of a teaspoon placed near the top of the bottom layer to prevent mixing.
  • Repeat with the Grand Marnier to form the top layer.
