Haiti Punch Recipe
This Haiti Punch recipe makes 12-15 servings. Made from fresh fruit, brandy, orange liqueur and dry white wine, and served in a highball glass.

- Peel and slice all fruit and place in a large bowl or pitcher.
- Pour the brandy and orange liqueur in, and chill for several hours.
- To serve, pour into a highball glass and top with chilled sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and an orange twist.
