Hot Buttered Spiced Rum Recipe
The Hot Buttered Spiced Rum drink recipe is a warm drink for a cold winter day. Made from Cruzan 9 Spiced rum, hot water and spices, and served in a warm coffee mug or glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Spiced Rum (Cruzan 9 Spiced)
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- pinch Cinnamon
- pinch Nutmeg
- pinch Clove - ground
- dash Vanilla Extract
- Water
- Glass: Coffee Mug
Directions
- Heat all ingredients, except rum, until boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add rum to a warm glass, then fill with the mixture while still hot.
