Indian Choc Recipe
The Indian Choc is an exotic chocolate cocktail made from Old Monk Indian rum, sweet vermouth, vanilla syrup, lime juice and Mozart chocolate bitters, and served over an ice ball in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum (Old Monk)
- 2/3 oz Sweet Vermouth (Antica Formula)
- 1/3 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 1/3 oz Lime Juice
- 1 dash Chocolate Bitters (Mozart)
- Chocolate - shavings for garnish
- Garnish: Chocolate, Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, sweet vermouth, vanilla syrup, lime juice and Mozart chocolate bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass containing a large ice ball or large ice cubes.
- Top with grated chocolate and an orange twist.
