Irish Coffeetini Recipe
The Irish Coffeetini is the perfect drink to start or end your Saint Patrick's Day celebrations. A pair of shots, black and orange, made from Jameson Irish whiskey, espresso, Kahlua coffee liqueur and simple syrup, and served in chilled shot glasses.
Ingredients
- 1 shot Irish Whiskey (Jameson)
- 3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)
- 3/4 oz Coffee - espresso
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Coffee Bean
- Glass: Shot Glass
Directions
- Add Jameson Irish whiskey to a chilled shot glass.
- Shake Kahlua, espresso and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a second chilled shot glass.
- Garnish the coffee shot with coffee beans.
