Irish Shillelagh Recipe
The Irish Shillelagh drink recipe is made from Irish whiskey, light rum, sloe gin, lemon juice, sugar, peach and raspberries, and served blended in a chilled rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Sloe Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Peach - sliced
- 2-3 Raspberry - for garnish
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except raspberries, to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a few raspberries.
